No Save and Quit Button is a mod that removes the "Save&Quit" option from the in-game menu. This means that you cannot save your game everywhere for free anymore. If you still want to be able to save when playing, you can install the No Save and Quit Button and it will work as expected. The game will automatically save your game, so you don't have to worry about it.
